Following the Initial Term, either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience upon thirty (30)sixty (60) days written notice to the other party, provided that all fees accrued through the effective date of termination remain payable.

WhyThirty days is shorter than the notice you give your own suppliers, so an exit leaves a month of cost with nowhere to put it. The accrued-fees sentence is already covered by clause 6.
