We hold what you send us to answer you, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use anything you upload to train a model.

Redrob Inc., a Delaware corporation at 1 Penn Plaza, Suite 1423, New York, NY 10119, is the controller for this website. Where you deal with our Korean or Indian company instead, their own notice applies: the Korean notice and the Indian notice.

2.What we hold

What you type into a form on this site, and what a cookie records once you have said it may.

  • Your name, your work email, and the company you named
  • Which pages you read, once you have allowed it

3.Why we hold it

To answer you. A record of the exchange is kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for one year afterwards.

4.What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction, or its deletion. Write to privacy@redrob.io. If a machine took part in a decision about you, you may also ask how it was made and ask a person to look again.
